ELIO began in a small atelier in Lisbon in 2021 — born of a longing for softness, restraint and pieces that wear in rather than wear out. Every garment is considered slowly, made carefully, and meant to stay.
Our Practice
Slow, by design.
We work in small editions — typically 80 pieces per style — sewn by family-run ateliers in northern Portugal. Our fabrics are sourced from mills in Italy and Portugal that share our values: natural fibers, low impact dyes, traceable origin.
What we make is meant to be worn deeply. Loved, mended, and passed on.
